Oregon is Not California OR What My Week Looks Like

I was semi-bummed when I realized that my week on the beach (that i'm mid-way through today) would be happening minus most of the sunshine I'd pictured in my head. But turns out things still look pretty good in the fog. For example:

conundruns

Going to sleep (weekend's over)
Getting my clothes out of the dryer (but i'n so comfy)
Eating a popsicle (I want another one the second it's gone)
Reading in the hammock (possible bird poo on mine head)
Sleeping on the balcony (bug bites shmug bites)
Other realer ones (sick of thinking about em)

like, i almost didn't come back

mostly it just rained

It's not my favorite thing to talk about, but just in case anyone was wondering how this went, we got rained out at least once a day. And then just gave up for the last 1.5. So, maybe some other time.

I don't know what it is with me and dreamcatchers but I really really want to go see this, please.

Just like the best commercial I've seen in years. And I'm now old enough for that to mean something. I promise.

Sometimes I wish I weren't so good at the internet. I'm not even that good, I mean, I know people that are much better at it. But I just don't need to know things about people that I can only find out from the internet. You know? "Get back in the car baby, you're only hurting yourself" kinda things.

it needs to stop raining. it's only cool in the middle of the night.
