-always ask for extra (free) gift boxes
-wear flat shoes on blind dates
-don't anwer phone calls if you don't know the number
-if you don't know if you want milk or water, have water first
-when you're meeting a significant other's family, be appropriately nervous
-if you are buying flowers for someone, leave out the baby's breath. and don't get carnations
-when ordering DVDs on ebay, make sure they aren't VHS

Thank you for that baby's breath/carnation advice. It can't be stressed enough. These are a florist's nightmare.
